We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to help scale our stock alert Discord community by managing and growing our presence on Twitter (X), Reddit, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, Youtube and Facebook. You will be responsible for executing a high-impact content strategy, engagement plan, and growth tactics to attract and convert new members into our Discord.

This is an execution-heavy role, perfect for someone who lives and breathes finance Twitter, Reddit trading forums, and stock market memes. You’ll be crafting viral posts, engaging with traders, and leveraging social media strategies to grow our audience.

📌 Responsibilities

Content Creation & Posting

* Post daily stock market updates, trade alerts, and finance memes across Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook.

* Write high-engagement Twitter threads and finance-related posts.

* Repurpose content across platforms (e.g., turn a tweet into an Instagram Reel).

* Create and post market recap videos and stock chart breakdowns.

Community Engagement & Growth

* Reply to trending finance tweets & engage with large accounts.

* ⁠Post valuable stock discussions and DD reports in trading subreddits.

* ⁠Run polls, Q&As, and discussions to drive engagement.

* ⁠Proactively DM and interact with engaged users to drive Discord sign-ups.

Growth & Optimization

* Monitor performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on what works.

* ⁠Develop and execute growth hacks like influencer collaborations & referral programs.

* ⁠Identify finance influencers for cross-promotion & partnerships.

* ⁠Engage in stock market Facebook groups and share insights to attract members.

📌 Required Skills & Qualifications

* Need to have an Old Reddit Account with a good post karma count.

* Deep understanding of stock trading & finance culture (especially Twitter & Reddit communities).

* Proven experience growing social media accounts (preferably in the finance niche).

* Strong writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging, viral content.

* Ability to create memes, short-form video content, and finance infographics.

* Experience in Twitter growth strategies, Reddit engagement, and Instagram marketing.

* Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.

* Self-driven and capable of executing a structured content calendar without constant oversight.
