📌 About the Job Role
As a Senior Executive – Learning & Development, you will coordinate and facilitate training programs, source facilitators, and support learning initiatives. This role also involves evaluating training effectiveness to foster a culture of continuous learning.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to identify training and development needs.
Source training facilitators/programs within the allocated budget while assessing return on investment (ROI).
Facilitate, coordinate, and implement training programs, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, using data-driven insights to enhance program impact.
Work with cross-functional teams to design succession planning strategies and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Stay updated on industry trends in learning and development.
📌 Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in HR, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in conducting and facilitating training programs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital training tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to upskill, embrace change, and drive learning culture.
