Qualifications

Experience in Architectural, Mechanical, Civil CAD, or related engineering drafting courses

Proficiency in following software tools :

• Structural Software (STAAD PRO, SAP 2000 and ETABS)
• BIM Tools (AutoCAD (Landscaping), Revit Architecture, Revit MEP)
• Architectural Softwares (Lumion, Sketchup, 3D'S MAX)
• QS (General QS , MEP QS and Planswift)
• MEP (AutoCAD Electrical and AutoCAD MEP)
• MATLAB
• Mechanical Software (Solidworks, Solidworks simulation, Ansys and Catia)
• Project Management (New course) (Lecturer should be PMP Certified.
• Project Management Software (P6 and MS Project)
• CNC

Minimum 2 years of experience in Lecturing in relevant field.
should hold Bachelors in relevant field.
Strong communication and presentation skills,
able to communicate in English, Sinhala and Tamil added advantage.

Ability to mentor and guide students effectively
Experience in Project Management is a plus
Flexibility to work in a hybrid in-person and remote work environment
