Our certified implementation team focuses on IFS ERP and employs agile project management methodologies for quality results

What you'll be doing


  • Assisting the Project Manager with administrative functions and processes
  • Assist in defining project scope, tasks, deliverables, and resource requirements in alignment with the project plan and timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
  • Support the preparation of project deliverables, including required documents, test plans, training plans, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in maintaining all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders, and aligning with PMO requirements.
  • Maintain project schedules, track progress, and update stakeholders on project status.
  • Support communication between internal and external teams.
  • Proactively identify potential risks or challenges to the project’s success, escalating issues to the Project Manager/s.
  • Solving any issues that may arise during the project. ‘Managing and building the relationships within multiple teams.
  • Contribute to post-project evaluations by gathering feedback from stakeholders, identifying lessons learned, and suggesting improvements for future project execution.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified associate in project management (CAPM) certification is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles. Experience in ERP, IT, or software implementation projects is mandatory.
  • Experience in maintaining project documentation, tracking deliverables, monitoring burn rates and estimates, managing project budgets, and coordinating resources.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Management tools).
