Serving top brands like lululemon, Patagonia, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Gymshark, MAS Active blends high-performance sportswear with fashion, and is innovating in the space of wearable products that track fitness metrics and workout analytics. 

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the HR team as an intern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze and document the training needs in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain and update all Training & Development related documentation, ensure accuracy of same
• Assist in MAS Active’s internal training faculty activities and follow up on the development of the internal trainers
• Follow up, track and analysis skill achievement, pre & post evaluations and knowledge sharing in a regular basis

Knowledge and Skills:  

• Possess a degree in Human Resources or Business Management 
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Package
