We are currently looking for a highly creative and dynamic Creative Designer to join our digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create engaging and compelling reels, stories, and other video content for social media using design and video-editing tools.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content that aligns with brand guidelines, voice, and messaging.
• Edit and produce dynamic motion graphics, videos, and animations that stand out in digital spaces.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends in digital content creation, especially around social media platforms.
• Ensure the delivery of visually striking content within tight timelines.
• Maintain consistency in design quality and brand integrity across all content.

Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video creation and editing.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in digital content creation, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• A creative portfolio showcasing both static and video content, especially social media reels.
• Knowledge of social media trends and the ability to create content optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team.
