💼 Experience: 10+ years in HR operations (with 3+ years in mobility/international assignments)
✔️ Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
✔️ Experience in visa & immigration processes, payroll coordination
✔️ Familiarity with Sri Lankan employment laws & KPO/BPO sector (preferred)
