HR Associate | Growthprof

We are looking for a HR Associate with prior internship or training experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle Daily operations associated with employee-life cycle including but not limited to managing off-boarding and onboarding, IT asset management, office admin to enhance the people and workplace experience.

✅ Organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.

✅ Assist in payroll support, compliance and attendance tracking and manage leave records.

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or an equivalent professional qualification.

✅ Minimum 1-Year of HR experience.

✅ Strong communication & organizational skills.

✅ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
