Business Development Specialist | hSenid Mobile Solutions (Pvt) Ltd
What you will be doing
- Generate and manage leads from both inbound and outbound channels, ensuring a balanced and proactive sales approach:
- Inbound leads: Leverage marketing-driven leads from campaigns, webinars, and digital outreach.
- Outbound leads: Actively identify and engage prospective customers through personalized outreach, including cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and direct engagement with decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through value-based selling, showcasing how Sprout can address their unique business challenges.
- Take ownership of the entire customer journey, from initial contact to solution deployment and going live. This includes:
- Conducting needs assessments to ensure the solution aligns with client goals.
- Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to deliver a tailored experience.
- Providing ongoing support during implementation to ensure successful adoption and satisfaction.
- Conduct both online and in-person meetings to demonstrate Sprout’s capabilities and drive customer interest and adoption.
- Relay customer feedback to product and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in SaaS/IT solution selling is a huge advantage.
- Ability to understand and predict market behavior to create business opportunities.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Exceptional command of English and excellent communication abilities.
- A degree or diploma in Business or marketing (SLIM/CIM qualified is ideal).
