- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Analysis.

- Strong analytical & communication skills.

- Agile/Scrum experience. (Jira, Trello)

- Ability to prepare professional documentation & presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key communication bridge between clients and the technical team, ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Prepare professional documentation and visually appealing presentations to effectively convey ideas and requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, business analysis, and gap analysis to align business needs with technical solutions.
• Deliver both on-site and in-house training sessions to enhance understanding of processes and systems.
• Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams throughout the development process to maintain requirement accuracy and effective communication.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables, meeting customer expectations and maintaining satisfaction levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed business requirement specifications and process flows.
• Experience working on Agile-based projects and engaging directly with clients.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office products, and Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive in teams of various sizes.
• Judgment & Decision Making: Ability to apply academic knowledge and professional experience to make sound, informed judgments.
