Job Responsibilities
· Provide timely and effective technical and financial process-related support to clients.
· Manage and address client requirements for ongoing projects with precision and professionalism.
· Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate level of support.
· Identify and track issues, ensuring they are routed to the correct resources.
· Update support records and generate activity reports.
· Guide customers through the problem-solving process with clarity and patience.
· Follow up with clients, provide feedback, and ensure efficient and satisfactory resolution of issues.
· Maintain proper documentation and closure of all support cases.
Requirements for an Ideal Candidate
· Part qualifications in finance or related fields such as CIMA, CMA, ACCA, CA,
· 1–1.5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing, Operations, or System Implementations.
· Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and financial standards is essential.
· Exposure to financial auditing, finance operations, or ERP systems as a user is an added advantage.
