About This Role

As a Creative Designer with a strong focus on videography, you will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing Corzent’s visual storytelling. Your work will drive brand consistency and creative innovation while supporting global and local initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content, including social media content, and event coverage.

• Manage all aspects of video production, from storyboarding to post-production.

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all video and graphic content.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, HR, and development, to align creative strategies with business objectives.

• Create visually engaging graphic elements that align with Corzent's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and effective integration across video projects.

• Design promotional materials, including event branding, merchandise, and social media content.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:

• A Graphic Design/Multimedia Degree and 3-5 years of experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design within a creative or video production agency.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Animate is mandatory.
• Experience in Davinci, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard software is preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing videography and design projects is mandatory.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to think strategically, work independently, communicate ideas effectively, and guide the creative process from concept to execution.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current design and digital trends, with a passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
• Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience in photography or 2D animation is a plus.
